I am not currently teaching any classes, I have taken the decision to take this time out to dedicate to my personal practice and to continuing my personal yoga journal.
I urge you all to carry on your practice as now more than ever you will reap the benefits both mentally and physically, there are lots of free online classes available to you, remember to practice safely and work within your own limits.
Personally I am finding the grounding practices and poses the most beneficial at the moment, poses like Tadasana (Mountain Pose), Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog), Vrksasana (Tree Pose), there are so many……… I would suggest looking for a grounding practice on the internet. I
would also suggest using Gansesh Mantra and Mudra in your practice, Ganesh the remover of obstacles and fear and the bringer of peace.
